Office Hours
PPAC Office is open during class times only. Text messages and emails sent on the weekends will be answered during business hours.
Registration
Students may register through the DSP Portal. All parents must sign the COVID Release form, the Photo/Video Release Form, and the Waiver of Liability and Informed Consent Form through the DSP Portal.
Class Placement
Students are placed in appropriate classes at the teacher's discretion. Students are promoted on their individual talents, not necessarily by age.
Missed Classes
No deduction will be made to class fees for missed classes. Classes missed due to a teacher being absent will be made up at the student's convenience.
Dance Attire
Proper dance attire is important and will be strictly enforced. Shorts and t-shirts are not considered dance clothes. Leotards, tights, dance pants, ballet, tap, or jazz shoes are to be worn by all students. Hair should always be worn pulled away from the face. Dance attire may be ordered through the DSP Portal or in the studio.
Drop Off and Pick Up of Students
Students may be dropped off and picked up inside the office or at the office door.

Studio Calendar
The studio will observe the following holidays in accordance with Giles County Schools:
- Labor Day
- Fall Break
- Halloween Night
- Thanksgiving Break
- Christmas Break
- Spring Break
Class Fees
Class fees are based on the number of hours taken per week per family. All fees are due on the 1st of each month. To avoid a $5.00 late fee, the entire account balance must be paid in full by the 15th. Parents will receive a text reminding them of past due dance fees on the 15th of the month. A $20.00 fee is charged for returned checks. Every student must have $0 balance to participate in recital.
Class Fees may be paid through the DSP Parent Portal or through at the studio desk by cash or check.
Any child more than a month behind in class fees will not be admitted to class until fees are paid. The price of tuition is based on an average of four classes per month and is not altered for months with holidays, etc in which less than four classes are held. When holidays occur, students will be given a list of makeup times to come to class. Tuition is pro-rated only for the first month when a new student joins the studio.
